Refund policy

We have a 14-day in-store credit return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a credit or exchange. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase will be required for all returns or exchanges. 

To start a return, you can submit a request for return at sunmoonrising.allegorical@gmail.com. Additional information such as pictures, documentation and proof of purchase may be required. Customer is responsible for return shipping label costs. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided in email correspondence. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, to ensure us the appropriate opportunity to remedy the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned, are personal tarot reading services, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for goods used or damaged after purchase. Please submit an email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personal tarot readings, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a gift card (store credit) less a 15% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for email correspondence (24 - 48 hours). Please note that Personal Tarot Readings are non-refundable.
